Description

Licensed Broker/Owners and Broker Associates are invited to attend the Association’s quarterly Broker Lunch Meeting. These meetings provide an opportunity for brokers to connect, share insights, and discuss topics impacting their offices, agents, and the local real estate industry.

This session's featured guest will be Jennifer Thompson-Kersting, Chief Growth & Relationship Officer of Stellar MLS. Open discussion is encouraged, allowing participants to ask questions, exchange ideas, and suggest topics for future meetings.

This collaborative forum is designed to support broker leadership, strengthen professional engagement, and foster meaningful dialogue that benefits the brokerage community and the members they serve.

Meet Our Broker's Luncheon Guest: Jennifer Thompson-Kersting

Jennifer Thompson-Kersting is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 37 years of experience in the industry. She began her career as a sales associate and broker and has held real estate licenses in Massachusetts, Maryland, and Florida. Jennifer also spent 15 years with an MLS software provider, where she gained extensive experience in software development, sales, and training.

Today, Jennifer serves as Chief Growth & Relationship Officer at Stellar MLS, where she leads growth strategies and builds relationships with members, partners, associations, and other industry stakeholders. Her expertise in MLS technology and leadership in the real estate industry have earned her recognition through the CMLS Executive Leadership program, CMLX.
