Join us for “Be The Change – Fair Housing and You,” a dynamic, two-hour CE course that equips real estate professionals with the essential knowledge to navigate and lead in today’s diverse marketplace. Whether you're a seasoned agent or newer to the field, this course will empower you to embrace inclusivity, eliminate bias, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws at every stage of your practice.

Course Description:
In 2019, Newsday uncovered troubling practices in real estate that sparked national attention and reinforced the critical need for ongoing education in Fair Housing. This eye-opening investigation serves as the foundation for this impactful course designed to help REALTORS® foster a more equitable housing market.

Instructor: Danielle Andrews


Danielle has been working in the real estate industry in Florida since 2016. Danielle attended the University of Central Florida, Florida State University, and Arkansas State University, where she earned her Bachelor's, Master's, and Education Specialist Degree,s respectively. She is an Educator by nature, having spent four years teaching Middle School Social Studies in Gadsden and Orange County.

Danielle enjoys bringing her passion for education into her real estate sales business and brokerage. She believes that “Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” -President John F. Kennedy. From Learning comes wisdom, and Danielle believes that the greatest REALTORS ® are ones who couple market expertise with consistent training. There is always room for growth.

Danielle is the Broker and Owner of Realty ONE Group Next Generation in Tallahassee, Florida. She is a wife, mom, church member, member of the Nu Omega Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporate,d and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, eating at new restaurants, spending time with her family, and catching up on the latest TV shows and movies.
