Community Outreach Day with Combee Connection

Description

Community Outreach Day with Combee Connection at their annual Back to School Backpack Bash. Families with school-age children that are in need have been identified and these children will receive customized backpacks to meet their needs. These families are invited to come on July 27th to pick up their backpacks and enjoy a meal. There will be a free clothes closet, giveaways, raffles, and some fun activities for the children.

Combee Connection needs volunteers to help on the day of the event with set up, working stations at the event, and clean up/break down afterward. 

Time

Set up Crew: 9:00 am to 11:00 am
Event Works: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Clean Up/ Break Down Crew: 1:00 pm until done ( Usually done by 3:00 pm)
