Lakeland REALTORS®, using instructor & curriculum from LeadClasses.com, is bringing this EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovator Initial Certification course directly to Lakeland—saving you both time and money compared to traveling to Orlando or Tampa.

During this hands-on course, you'll learn:

🔨EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule requirements
🔧Safe work practices for projects involving pre-1978 housing and child-occupied facilities
