This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the foundational elements and practical applications of contract standards in real estate transactions. Students will also discuss the Riders that can be used in circumstances where the standard contract by itself won’t accomplish the objectives of the parties. Designed for professionals seeking to enhance their expertise, the curriculum focuses on the critical skills and knowledge necessary to navigate complex contractual agreements effectively.

Instructor

Nishad Khan, Esq. is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney and an Orlando-based real estate attorney with over 15 years of experience in real estate law. Mr. Khan has represented buyers and sellers in all aspects of residential and commercial transactions including entity formation, contract preparation, due diligence, and closings. Mr. Khan is a faculty member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association, a certified instructor of the Florida Realtor Association, and an avid speaker for several real estate organizations throughout the state of Florida. A native Floridian, he attended the University of Central Florida and returned to the Orlando area after completing law school at Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
