In this 3 hr CE class enhance your real estate success by mastering personality styles to build trust, improve communication, and strengthen client relationships.

We’ll unveil the strengths of each personality style; and before our time is up, you will learn a great way to improve communications with those you work and live with. As a real estate professional, you come into contact with various generations and personality styles on a daily basis. To be truly successful, it is imperative to build a relationship with your customers. Statistics show that people do business with people they LIKE and people they TRUST. And, by understanding your customer’s personality a little better, you can adjust what you do and say to improve communication.

Paul Fedynich, a seasoned real estate broker and DISC-certified behavioral consultant, brings 20 years of industry experience in leadership, business growth, and entrepreneurship. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Team member, he is passionate about helping realtors, brokers, and leaders enhance communication, productivity, and success through workshops, seminars, and coaching. Based in Winter Garden, FL, Paul enjoys kayaking and time with his wife, Valerie, and their dog, Coal.
