Speakers/Panelists:
Brandon Clark
Brandon serves as President of The Ruthvens. He oversees all operations, development, leasing, financing and strategy for the Company.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Brandon is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is excited to be part of the next generation of Lakeland’s growth and development with The Ruthvens.
Jason Willey
Jason Willey is the Business Development and Special Projects Manager for the City of Lakeland. He is responsible for the City’s internal economic and business development activities. Working closely with developers, contractors, engineers, architects, and real estate professionals, much of Jason’s time is spent navigating processes and solving problems.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Jason is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class 30 and Leadership Polk Class 9. He serves on a number of volunteer advisory boards and committees and has worked for the City of Lakeland since 2000.
Jason Alligood
Jason Alligood is a prominent figure in the engineering community, particularly known for his work with Kimley-Horn and his role as a Senior Project Manager. He has a rich background in civil engineering, with over twenty-two years of experience in various engineering disciplines.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Master's degree from the University of Florida. His professional journey includes significant contributions to the development of infrastructure and community improvements in Florida.
