Why is an independent inspector who ONLY has the client’s interest to look out for necessary on new construction homes?

The reality is that homes are made by human hands, and many different contractors are all working to complete a new build.

This class walks agents through the 4️⃣ important milestone phases of construction and what is important for agents to understand about each phase to discuss with their clients.

We talk about:

  • Things inspectors find at each stage that will affect the homeowner down the road if not corrected
  • Why these things are often missed
  • How an independent inspector can work with the builder to help ensure things are done right

Meet the Speaker

Melodie Wheeler, Business Development Specialist, Florida Building Inspection Group

Melodie is a born and raised 3rd-generation Tampa native. She comes from a background of sales, business development, and corporate sales training. She loves building relationships in the community and helping people grow their businesses.

Outside of work, Melodie loves all things water-related and spending time scuba diving with her teenage son as often as possible - ultimate dive adventure goals usually include some type of shark. 🦈
