Licensed Broker/Owners and Broker Associates are invited to attend the Association’s quarterly Broker Lunch Meeting. These meetings provide an opportunity for brokers to connect, share insights, and discuss topics impacting their offices, agents, and the local real estate industry.

The guest speakers for our Q4 Broker's Lunch will be:

• Erik Peterson - Planning Administrator for Land Development, Polk County BoCC
• Ben Ziskal - Land Development Director, Polk County

The topic will be "Land Use, Water, Sewer, Flood Plain, Deal Killers"
