Instructor:

Susan West is President and District Manager of Fidelity National Title of Florida, Inc.’s Eastern Operation which consists of 19 branches. She has been in the title industry for 30 years, all of those being with the Fidelity National Title family of companies. Before that, she was in banking and lending for 9 years. As District Manager, Susan creates business models for real estate workflow for specialty divisions such as builder, auction, investment, REO, and foreclosure. This is in addition to the traditional residential and commercial segments of the ever-changing real estate environment over the past few years.

Susan enjoys public speaking, leading, teaching, coaching, and mentoring. She speaks to Realtors®, builders, and lenders along with other professionals in the real estate industry on topics such as mortgage fraud, short sales, foreclosures, CFPB Final Rule Fraud, and current industry issues. Susan has a cooperative working relationship with colleagues across the nation from all title insurance underwriters - Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title, Commonwealth Land Title, and Alamo Title.
