Grievance Committee Meeting

Description

The Grievance Committee meets in a confidential session to review ethics complaints and arbitration requests submitted to the Association. The Committee’s role is limited to determining whether each filing is procedurally proper and whether the allegations, if taken as true on their face, could constitute a potential violation of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics or meet the requirements for arbitration under Association and National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics & Arbitration manual. The Grievance Committee does not determine guilt, innocence, or award discipline, nor does it resolve disputes. All discussions, materials, and deliberations are strictly confidential in accordance with professional standards procedures.
