Guest Speaker: Steve Scruggs, President of the Lakeland Economic Development Council

Steve Scruggs is President of the Lakeland Economic Development Council (LEDC), a private, non-profit organization with approximately 150 member companies. He has been with the LEDC for over 38 years.

Steve received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Troy State University in Troy, Alabama, and his Master’s Degree in Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Steve is married to Tammy, and they have three children. He is a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church.
