The Lakeland REALTORS® Leadership Academy's goal is to identify, inspire, and mentor emerging leaders within our association. Applicants will attend 4 sessions and may be asked to complete other assignments. Students who complete the Leadership Academy are recognized at the annual Installation and Awards Luncheon.
