Lakeland REALTORS® presents NAR Designation - GRI 301 It's More Than Just Sales, 8 Specialty CE credit OR 15 hrs Broker Post-Licensing Credit.
While the homeownership rate in the United States is the highest in its history, there are still millions of residential tenants residing in property owned and managed by others.
In GRI 301, Property Management and Common Ownership is an introduction to property management and the forms of common ownership. Appraising will introduce the function of the appraisal, the steps in the appraisal process, and appraisal principles.
Although 1031 Exchanges are available for other investments, Exchanging focuses on real estate exchanges, providing the terminology and principles of exchange.
This Module is a 15-hour course with a 1.5-hour exam approved for 8 hours of CE Specialty Credit OR 15 hours of Broker Post-Licensing Credit.

Day 1: 7:30 AM Check-in ~ 7:45 AM GRI Orientation ~ 8:00 AM Class Starts ~ 12-1:00 PM Lunch ~ 5:00 PM Class Ends
Day 2: 7:45 AM Check-in ~ 8:00 AM Class Starts ~ 12-1:00 PM Lunch Break ~ 4:00 PM Class Ends ~ 4:15 - 5:45 PM Exam.
Students must earn 75% or better on the end-of-course exam consisting of 50 questions on the 2nd day of each module.
