Meet Your Instructor: Tonya Lockamy, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, SRES

Tonya is a licensed real estate broker and owner of Swan City Realty LLC. She has been a Realtor since 2014 and holds both the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. As an avid learner and lifelong student of the industry, she is eager to transition into teaching and share her knowledge with aspiring real estate professionals.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in business and social science from Liberty University. Before fully transitioning to real estate, Tonya owned and operated FireFly Tech Solutions for over a decade, providing desktop support, network services, web design, and marketing solutions. This technology background gives her a unique perspective on leveraging modern tools and innovative solutions for real estate success.

Tonya's combination of hands-on experience, professional credentials, and passion for education positions her to deliver practical, engaging instruction that prepares students for the realities of today's real estate market.
