This course is designed for appraisers and real estate professionals who want a clearer understanding of recent regulatory changes, as well as the history, purpose, and ongoing role of the Appraisal Foundation. For real estate agents, the course provides practical insight into appraisal requirements, common valuation challenges, and how current laws impact pricing strategies, contract terms, and transaction timelines in Florida’s active market.
The course begins with the fundamentals, including the requirements for attaining and maintaining an Appraiser’s license, then moves into supervision of trainee appraisers, and concludes with a discussion on how State and Federal laws affect day-to-day real estate and appraisal activities.
