A significant change is coming to residential appraisal reporting! Beginning November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 will be mandatory for all new appraisal reports submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP), bringing a redesigned reporting structure and forms, including the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).

To help prepare Florida REALTORS®, we will offer a special 60-minute CORE education session via Zoom on Friday, October 16 at 10:00 a.m. (EST).

Meet Your Instructor: Kim Bell

Kim Bell began her real estate career in 1992, selling and listing real estate and appraising for tax purposes, and then began private fee appraising in 1998. Her experience includes all aspects of residential real estate sales, commercial real estate sales, commercial leasing, and residential real estate appraisals. Kim has been teaching real estate appraisal classes since 2014. She has been working in Volusia and Flagler counties since 1998 and began her appraisal business in 2003 while continuing to sell real estate with one of the top producing real estate companies in Volusia County. Kim is a Florida real estate broker, a former Certified Florida Evaluator, an FHA/HUD Approved Appraiser, a graduate of the Realtor Institute, a Certified Residential Specialist, a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, and has earned many designations and certifications. Kim has also recently celebrated 8 years on the Veterans Affairs Appraisal panel.

Consistently going through the ups and downs of the changeable market throughout the years enables Kim to bring relevance to the information she delivers in her classes. Her primary goal for each class is to inspire everyone who attends to leave knowing at least one new fact so that they can expand their knowledge base and participate in smoother transactions.

In her free time, Kim loves spending time traveling with her family, visiting Disney World, and taking her convertible to car shows around the state.

Kim's favorite missions to support include The Children's Miracle Network, which provides critical funding for pediatric care; Family Renew, which helps families rebuild and stay together, and the University of Florida Campus Christian House which provides fellowship, worship and discipleship for students.
