On March 1^st , this new rule will be going into effect for ALL Cash and Hard Money purchases where the buyer is an Entity, such as an LLC, Corporation, or Trust. All title companies handling these transactions will now be required to submit additional lines of information pertaining to all parties of the transaction to the federal government.

What This Means For Your Clients: 

Starting March 1, 2026, all cash or hard money purchases made by entities (like LLCs, corporations, or trusts) will require additional federal reporting by title companies.
