Realtors® will be busier than ever, ensuring that their older customers find their idyllic retirement home for a price that will afford them a stress-free experience after years of hard work. Real estate professionals need to be armed with information about various age groups, and how their senior customers are unique.
This course will discuss ways in which agents can be of great service to this exceptional group of buyers, including information on Reverse Mortgages and how to help seniors avoid scams and predatory lending. After all, Florida is not just known for sunny skies and beautiful beaches – Florida is known for its wonderful and knowledgeable group of Realtors®!
Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
• Better understand the mindset of senior citizens as it relates to real estate and real estate finance.
• Grow their market-place and take away a greater appreciation and knowledge base for working with Florida’s older citizens.
Association parking lot and entrance is located in the rear of the building. Access is located off of S. Iowa Ave and Citrus Ln. Public parking is also available at Hollis Gardens on Orange St. located directly across from the Association.
