Beverly PindlingBeverly is a native of Jamaica West Indies. Her career began in New York and later led her to the Washington D.C area. She came to Orlando in August 1983. Beverly has been involved in real estate for 36 years. Since her involvement she has acquired many designations in the Real Estate industry including ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, EAH, GREEN, GRI, ITI, PKC, RMC, and SRES. Beverly is the Broker Owner of BP Real Estate Services, Beverly’s education includes attending New York University and later graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

Gonzalo MejiaGonzalo is originally from Lima, Peru where he studied Industrial Engineering. After moving to the states in 2001 he started his real estate career in 2004 in Pensacola, FL. Gonzalo moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2009 where he currently leads a successful multilingual real estate team. He has over 25 years of experience teaching different topics and has been a real estate license instructor since 2013. Gonzalo is a national and international speaker and feels extremely lucky to be given the opportunity to share his experiences with Realtors across the globe. He believes the most important part of the learning process is having FUN. He considers “Sarcasm” should be his middle name. Denise OylerDenise Oyler is a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Sarasota; FL. Denise attended college at the University of Central Florida earning a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She also earned a Masters degree from Emerson Institute in Religious Studies. Her professional training career began over twenty-one years ago in the boating industry. Equipped with instructor and trainer skills Denise decided to become a Real Estate agent. She started as a developer and in 2005 received her Sales Associates license. Today, Denise enjoys working with Buyer and Sellers in the Luxury market, authoring and creating training programs and speaking throughout the United States.
