NOTE: Booth will have electricity to power a misting fan. There will be a small cooler with drinks and snacks for our Volunteers.
⭐ Set-up + Booth 7:30 AM - Noon (Minimum 2 people)
Volunteers will meet Downtown at the booth location (TBA) early to set-up tent, tables, displays and swag. Then from 9 AM - noon, they will stay and tend to the booth - including interacting with guests and handing out information about Fair Housing.
⭐ Booth + Breakdown 11 AM - 3 PM (Minimum 2 people)
Tend to booth from 11 AM - 2 PM, including interacting with guests and handing out information about Fair Housing. From 2-3 PM, break down the tent, tables, signs, and displays, and load items.
🛻Transport + Volunteer (1 person with SUV or truck) This volunteer will pick up the tent, tables, banners, chairs, etc from the Association Office by 4:30 p.m.on Friday prior and take them downtown to the booth. They will also be responsible for returning all booth equipment by Tuesday following the event.
