Heath started on the lending side as a loan officer in 2003 for GMC lending he was awarded 

Tampa’s finest award with 10 plus loans in his pipe line every month. He quickly became a senior 

loan officer for Apex Lending Inc., with Apex he had a producing status of number 2 out of 700 

mortgage brokerage firms. Shortly after, he joined Americas Lending Solution as Branch Manager. 

In his first year he produced over $35,000,000.00 in business. Heath has had multiple rolls in the 

real estate field from remote title closing agent, underwriting experience, and private money 

placements. 

For the last decade Heath has been buying, flipping, and managing his own properties. Aside from 

family, faith and business his passion is giving back to the community. In 2017 Heath was 

recognized as a young leader in Polk county and helped raise over $42,000.00 for LVIM. When he is

not walking and talking Real Estate he is spending time with his son Brecken and fiancé Danielle.
