I’m Nikii Cope, a Realtor® with REMAX Experts, serving Polk County and the greater Central Florida area. I was born in Pennsylvania but have lived in Florida since I was two, so this is truly home to me and not just a market I work in. Before real estate, I spent over a decade as a veterinary technician and Practice Manager. That background shaped how I work with people today. Clear communication, patience, attention to detail, and showing up when it matters most. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and I believe having someone steady and honest in your corner makes all the difference. I work with sellers, first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, and those looking to downsize, all with the goal of keeping the process smooth, clear, and as stress-free as possible. I hold my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation, which means I’m especially focused on getting pricing right from the start, not chasing the market later. I’m also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), so I help clients navigate new construction, builder contracts, incentives, and timelines with clarity and confidence. My style is direct but supportive. I don’t believe in pressure or fluff. I believe in explaining your options, sharing real data, and helping you make decisions that feel right for your goals and your life. When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually crocheting, checking out car shows, spending time with my family at Florida’s theme parks, or planning our next cruise.
