Ricky Miller is a Florida real estate entrepreneur, investor, and builder with more than a decade of hands-on experience helping families, investors, and developers succeed across Polk County and the Greater Central Florida market. Since starting in real estate in 2012, Ricky has built a uniquely diverse background spanning brokerage leadership, residential construction, property flipping, land development, and hospitality ventures.

Ricky has personally owned, built, and renovated multiple properties over the years, giving him real “behind the walls” experience that most Realtors never acquire. His knowledge includes everything from acquisition costs and construction budgeting to profit modeling and long-term portfolio strategy. In addition to traditional real estate, he has experience in timeshare sales, property investment, and new-build marketing — allowing him to advise both first-time buyers and seasoned investors with equal confidence.

Beyond real estate, Ricky has a long entrepreneurial history in the restaurant industry, including owning a brick-and-mortar pizza shop and multiple food trucks.
