I have been a resident of Florida for nearly 32 years and have spent the last 31 years committed to the real estate industry. I am no stranger to the many aspects that the Real Estate industry has to offer.  During my 27 years in the Title Insurance industry, most of my focus was in managing and growing teams and operations.  I have a genuine passion for meeting and exceeding goals and expectations, as well as challenging and motivating others to do the same, all while providing a positive client experience.  

Starting at a young age, I worked in a small Savings and Loan Bank in the loan originations department, where I grew my knowledge and passion for the industry.  From there, I learned as much as possible and discovered my love for Title.  Assisting first-time homebuyers and being a part of their dream to be a homeowner has always been my passion. 

In 2012, I jumped at the opportunity to join Invitation Homes in their start up stage. I was instrumental in launching the Transaction Compliance and Closing Department.  As their Regional Transaction and Compliance Manager, I assisted in facilitating the purchase of nearly 10,000 homes, all while achieving the highest level of compliance within the company. To date these processes and procedures have been adapted within the company nationwide.

In 2014, I transitioned back into the world of title and began working for one of the largest privately owned Title Companies in Florida.  As a Regional Manager, managing 21 offices with over 150 employees, I  continued my passion for others and was a huge advocate for team advancement. I spent 8 years training and developing agents and team members, keeping them up to date on the latest technology or changes within our ever-growing industry. 

In 2023, I jumped at the opportunity to utilize my entrepreneurial and leadership abilities to help others focus on achieving their ultimate goal of homeownership!  I want to utilize my knowledge and experience gained throughout the past 30 years to train, develop, inspire, and create healthy competition amongst teams and managers as well as inspire others to chance after their dreams.

In my personal time, I love to be outdoors with my loving husband of almost 23 years and with my four-legged babies. I am passionate about photography and any outdoor activity, from hiking, fishing, boating, and have found a genuine love for running competitively. 

The best way to describe me is as someone genuinely passionate who believes you can do anything you set your mind to. Never let anyone tell you no; rather, find someone who will always show you how to achieve and accomplish your goals!
