Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Terry Thomas, a Coldwell Banker Realty realtor who works with home buyers and sellers. My priority is client satisfaction, and I will prioritize my client’s needs and wants to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. I strive to ensure that the home-buying or selling process is easy, fun, and stress-free and provide high-quality personalized service.

As a listing agent, I will provide competitive price listings, assistance in home staging, and professional photographs.  I will continue listing and marketing the home or property.  I will manage showings, reviews, comparisons, negotiations, and the sale’s closing.

As a buyer’s agent, I will help you obtain pre-approval for a mortgage, locate a home, work with the listing agent, and make an offer to the seller. I will also continue to assist with inspections and appraisals that lead to purchasing the home or property.

When not assisting my clients, I enjoy spending time with family and church and volunteering with humanitarian charities. I am also an avid cyclist who plays a round or two of golf when time permits.
