Florida REALTORS® Virtual Campus presents "Foreclosure Crash Course" This 3-hour Speciality CE course all about foreclosure and misinformation.

There is a lot of misinformation floating around about foreclosures. What is a

foreclosure? What are the types of foreclosures…and what is recognized in Florida? When is the foreclosure process started? This course will bring you “back to the basics” covering the process and stages of a Florida foreclosure answering the above questions and more!

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:

• Understand the foreclosure process in Florida to simplify the explanation of difficult concepts to customers.

• Understand the stages of foreclosure and provide the pros and cons and how to deal with customers in each stage.
