+ Be Ready When It Matters! CPR + First Aid Training 🩹

Emergencies can happen anywhere—including at an open house, during a property showing, or while out in the community. Give yourself the confidence and skills to respond when it matters most with this hands-on Adult CPR + First Aid Training presented by FACTS (First Aid & CPR Training Services).

This course is designed to provide practical emergency-response skills in a real-world setting. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an HSI two-year course completion card.

Class includes:

• Adult CPR and First Aid training
• Hands-on practice and participation
• On-site training at the Lakeland REALTORS® training room
• Two-year HSI course completion card for participants who complete the course
• Training equipment and materials provided
• Class length: approximately 4–6 hours, depending on participation and discussion
• Maximum of 25 participants

Registration: The first 15 Lakeland REALTORS® registrants receive the early-bird rate of $75. Once the first 15 spots are filled, registration will be $85. Neighboring REALTORS® and Non-Members: $85.
Space is limited to 25 participants.

Meet Your Instructor: Glen Karnes

Glen Karnes is the founder and lead instructor of FACTS, a fully mobile safety training company serving Central Florida. Before founding FACTS, Glen spent more than 20 years as a firefighter and paramedic, responding to countless emergencies and gaining firsthand experience in the importance of being prepared.

Glen’s passion for lifesaving education began at age 19 as a volunteer EMT and was strengthened by the sudden loss of his father to cardiac arrest in 2005. Throughout his career, he advanced as a firefighter/paramedic, taught future emergency responders, and shared his expertise with others. Today, Glen brings that experience and passion to FACTS, with a mission to give everyday people the knowledge and confidence to act when it matters most—whether responding to a medical emergency, fire, or other safety situation.
