In recognition and appreciation of their obligations to clients, customers, the public, and each other, REALTORS® continuously strive to become and remain informed on issues affecting real estate and, as knowledgeable professionals, they willingly share the fruit of their experience and study with others. They identify and take steps, through enforcement of this Code of Ethics and by assisting appropriate regulatory bodies, to eliminate practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession. REALTORS® having direct personal knowledge of conduct that may violate the Code of Ethics involving misappropriation of client or customer funds or property, willful discrimination, or fraud resulting in substantial economic harm, bring such matters to the attention of the appropriate Board or Association of REALTORS®.

This class meets the NAR-mandated requirement for completion of a Code of Ethics class and fulfills the FREC Business Ethics/Practice requirement.

Meet Your Instructor: Reese Stewart, ABR, AHWD, MRP, FMS, SFR, GKC, PKC

Reese Stewart holds a Florida Real Estate Broker license and a Florida Real Estate Instructor permit. He is the owner of Stewart School of Real Estate, a permitted Florida Real Estate School.

He has been a REALTOR® since 1996. Before starting his real estate career, he served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. Reese has been very active in the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA). He has served on numerous committees, forums, and task forces at ORRA, as well as on the ORRA Board of Directors as both a Director and Officer of ORRA. Reese was the 2020 President of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association.

In addition to teaching numerous courses through Stewart School of Real Estate, he also currently teaches multiple classes at ORRA including NAR Code of Ethics, NAR Safety Class and ORRA’s “Excellence in Professionalism” certification classes of Gold Key-GKC and Platinum Key-PKC. He also conducts the New Member Orientation class for new members of ORRA.
