Description
💪Pepper Spray & Personal Safety: Think Ahead.🤔 Stay Alert.👀 Be Prepared.👍
What would you do if a potentially dangerous situation happened right in front of you?
This informative and engaging personal safety presentation focuses on the importance of preparation, awareness and understanding how emotions can affect our ability to respond when a threat occurs.
Using “pepper spray” as a starting point, Mark Becker will explore how training and preparation can help us move from simply recognizing a threat to making a decision and taking action.
Attendees will learn how to recognize potential threats, trust their instincts, understand the emotional and psychological responses that can occur during a crisis, and think through “what if?” scenarios before they happen. The presentation also touches on de-escalation, active listening and practical considerations for avoiding or responding to threatening situations.
The goal is simple: think ahead, be aware and be better prepared to protect yourself when it matters.
