The 44th Annual Lakeland Christmas Parade is back — and this year’s theme is “Rockin’ Around Lakeland!” 

Members of the 2025 Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, and Leadership Academy graduates are invited to join us for an exclusive Parade Watch Party at the Lakeland REALTORS® office.

Our balcony and front porch offer one of the best views in town for this beloved Lakeland tradition! Bring your holiday spirit — and your family — as we celebrate the season together.

🎅 Details:

• You may bring chairs and set them up on the sidewalk in front of the office the morning of the parade (first-come, first-served until space is gone).
• Guests are welcome — up to 3 guests per member (4 total, including yourself).
• Enjoy delicious food, festive fun, and holiday cheer as we kick off the most wonderful time of the year!
