The Lancaster Institute (LTI) presents "Let's Talk Flooding," a 3-hour Specialty CE credit course.

In this course, you will gain actionable techniques and best practices on how to protect your buyers in purchasing a previously flooded home, as well as listing and promoting previously flooded homes. This session will explore how flooding and flood insurance play a role in the value of a property. Additionally, we will discuss the important features of the NFIP policy every agent needs to know.

Brent Lancaster combines his love of the business of real estate with his passion for education. As President/CEO of one of the nation’s oldest real estate schools, he offers a variety of solutions to the challenges agents face in today’s real estate environment.
