Florida REALTORS® CE Express course "Preparing A Listing Contract" is being offered in person and is approved for 4-hour Specialty CE Credit.

Listing contracts are most certainly an important part of Realtors® day-to-day activities. This course is perfect for outlining the various types of listing agreements and the duties of each, identifying the protected classes under the Fair Housing Act, and understanding details about fees. Realtors® will also learn how to best answer seller’s questions regarding their proceeds and expenses.

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:

• Explain the basics of a listing contract.
• Understand which fees the seller may or may not be expected to pay on a seller’s net proceeds estimate.
• Prepare a seller’s net proceeds estimate.
• List other forms and disclosures necessary when listing property for sale 

Instructor:

Denise Oyler is a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Sarasota, FL.

Denise attended college at the University of Central Florida earning a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She also earned a Master’s degree.

Her professional training career began over twenty-five years ago in the boating industry. Equipped with instructor and trainer skills Denise decided to become a Real Estate agent.

She started her Real Estate career as a developer.

Then in 2005, Denise received her Sales Associate license.

Today, Denise enjoys working with Buyer and Sellers in three states FL, GA, and NC.

She is a CE author and continually creates training programs for our Industry. In 2022 Denise was awarded Educator of the Year by Florida REALTORS®

Denise believes in this Industry and has supported it by serving at the local and state levels as Vice Chair and Chair of several committees. She is also a GoldenR RPAC contributor.
