This session will go over the various tools available to you in the MLS to make you an expert in your hyperlocal market(s). Topics include Market Watch, Hot Sheets, iMapp Market Statistics, Matrix Market Stats, and Matrix Market Reports. We will also cover various techniques in analyzing the composition of your market and determining what drives value! 

ENHANCING YOUR BUYER'S EXPERIENCE - This course is designed to highlight some of the key features of the new Agent OneHome Portal, to review the functionality of the OneHome customer view, and demonstrate how ProspectsCRM, Matrix, and OneHome create a seamless mode of communication between the agent and their customers.
