In-person Stellar MLS elective courses are a member benefit and available to REALTOR® members at no charge. Attend for the entire block of four classes or à la carte select the sessions that address your learning needs and work with your schedule.

LISTING APPOINTMENT PREPARATION - This course is designed to guide you through research and preparation for your first and every listing appointment.  You will learn steps to create a professional listing presentation marketing yourself as the perfect agent match.

ASSEMBLING A MATRIX CMA - Participants will utilize Matrix for the research, customization, and creation of a comparative market analysis (CMA) that will provide valuable insights for buyers and sellers to support their decision-making processes.

REALIST: PUBLIC RECORDS, REPORTS and PROSPECTING - Realist is one of the public records tools
included with your MLS subscription. Through Realist you can research any property in Florida (all 67 counties), find owner information, property characteristics, FEMA data, valuation trends, deeds and other public record filings, comparable tax and MLS sales, demographics, and more. Realist is also a great tool focused on farming to create highly targeted mailing lists and print labels.  

FORECLOSURES: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - Having a home in Foreclosure is a sensitive issue. This course will educate you on the general foreclosure process and what you, as an agent, need to know and understand when working with buyers or sellers, particularly when dealing with and searching for foreclosure properties.
