Description
Florida REALTORS® CE Express course "Code of Ethics" is being offered in person and is approved for 3-hour Business Ethics or Specialty CE Credit, and satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics requirement.
In recognition and appreciation of their obligations to clients, customers, the public, and each other, REALTORS® continuously strive to become and remain informed on issues affecting real estate, and as knowledgeable professionals, they willingly share the fruit of their experience and study with others. They identify and take steps, through enforcement of this Code of Ethics and by assisting appropriate regulatory bodies, to eliminate practices that may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession. REALTORS® having direct personal knowledge of conduct that may violate the Code of Ethics involving misappropriation of client or customer funds or property, willful discrimination, or fraud resulting in substantial economic harm, bring such matters to the attention of the appropriate Board or Association of REALTORS®.

Originally from South Jersey, Dan has been working in the Florida real estate industry since June of 2000. Currently, he is a Broker/ Owner for a full-service Central Florida area sales and property management brokerage whose mission is to deliver outstanding service, communication, and results to their customers consistently while creating a culture of success, friendship, and teamwork within the organization.
Dan sits on the faculty for Florida REALTORS®, where he enjoys teaching CE and GRI Courses online and throughout the state. Dan also sits on the faculty for Gold Coast Schools, (Formally IFREC) where he teaches theoretical, practical, and legal aspects of real estate.
In service to the real estate industry, Dan has sat on the BOD and multiple committees for ORRA, Florida REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Having a passion for the protection of private property rights, he is a long-time Major Donor for the Florida REALTORS/ ORRA RPAC. Dan is also a past board of directors for the Orlando Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (aka NARPM).
In service to the local community, Dan was appointed to and serves on the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Lake Mary and serves as a Commissioner on the Seminole County Planning and Zoning Board.
