In-person Continuing Education courses by Stellar MLS are a member benefit and available to REALTOR® members at no charge. Attend for the entire block of two classes or à la carte, select the sessions that address your learning needs, and work with your schedule.

ONEHOME
10 A.M.-Noon | 2-hr Specialty CE Credit | FREC# 0032079

This course provides real estate licensees with practical instruction on using OneHome as a client-facing platform to enhance collaboration, communication, and property search efficiency.

• Participants will learn how to:
  • Brand and customize OneHome through Matrix
  • Set up and activate customer accounts
  • Utilize auto and one-time emails
• The course covers OneHome’s:
  • Property detail tools
  • Reports
  • PropertyFit preferences
  • Mapping features
  • Customer engagement tools
• Licensees will also learn how to interpret OneHome data within Matrix, including notifications, visitor activity, and communication logs, to improve follow-up and client service.

Upon completion, licensees will be better equipped to leverage OneHome to support informed decision-making and effective customer relationships.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

This course provides real estate licensees with practical instruction on locating, evaluating, and marketing new construction properties
using MLS-integrated tools.

• Participants will learn how to:
  • Search for new construction properties in Matrix
  • Create custom displays
  • Utilize builder-specific platforms such as Builders’ Update and NewHome Source Professional
• The course also covers:
  • Branding and lead-generation features
  • Property cards and detail reports
  • Client registration
  • Customer data management
• Emphasis is placed on improving efficiency, enhancing client communication, and presenting accurate new construction information to buyers.

Upon completion, licensees will be better equipped to support clients interested in new construction properties and to effectively leverage MLS tools in today’s evolving real estate market.
