Paul has been in the banking mortgage business for over 20 years after a successful legal career in Hawaii. He owned the largest Hawaii Mortgage Broker company before joining the #1 VA lender in the nation (Veterans United) in their National expansion. In 2019 he was recruited to Guaranteed Rate to grow their VA business Nationally as the Director of Business Development and Military Liaison. He was instrumental in growing the VA business from 1.9B to 5B in the first 4 years. Since late 2023 he has relocated to Central FL and is covering FL, and the Southeast portion of the United States to assist Veterans secure a home in the country they defended. He continues his involvement with the military across the US and sits on several boards or advisory positions for military-centric non-profit entities such as the Association of the United States Army, the Navy League Council of the United States.
He is passionate about assisting our Veterans and their families and civilians in their home ownership needs. The American dream of home ownership should be obtainable by Veterans and Civilians alike.
In his spare time, he enjoys Travel and most any athletic endeavor, especially golf, tennis, skiing and watching all sporting events.
