Luckily, the MLS has lots of tools to help buyers’ agents succeed. This class will cover advanced search techniques in the MLS, and various tools included in your MLS subscription to research properties, prepare reports, and communicate with your buyers.
How do you search efficiently to find the properties buyers need? This 2 hour course will include 3 Sections: Section
1: Advanced Searching in Matrix - Become a Rock Star when searching! Learn how to add and remove fields on your search page, use your radio dials to add in the process and search for properties using map layers and tools. Section
2: Maximize your search results and become more efficient! Customize the results display and more! Learn how to add columns to your agent signal line display. Customize your display and set as default. Section
3: Once you have completed your search, how do you get the information to your customers? How can you tell if your customers are engaged? Are there any shortcuts to keep from having to enter the same criteria over and over again? Learn how to create auto emails. Monitor your customers engagement through their OneHome Portal. Customize your contact information and opt to have your contacts receive text messages. Create search templates to maximize your business.
