Licensed Broker/Owners and Broker Associates are invited to attend the Association’s quarterly Broker Lunch Meeting. These meetings provide an opportunity for brokers to connect, share insights, and discuss topics impacting their offices, agents, and the local real estate industry.

This session's featured speaker will be Shayne Fairly, CEO of Stellar MLS. Open discussion is encouraged, allowing participants to ask questions, exchange ideas, and suggest topics for future meetings.

Shayne Fairley is the Chief Executive Officer of Stellar MLS, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience within the organization. Since joining Stellar MLS in 2005, he has held key roles across operations, compliance, data services, and training before serving as Chief Operations Officer. Appointed CEO in 2026, Fairley leads the organization's strategy, innovation, and customer-focused initiatives, serving more than 80,000 real estate professionals across Florida and Puerto Rico. He also serves on the boards of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) and the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO).
