We’ll unveil the strengths of each personality style; and before our time is up, you will learn a great way to improve communications with those you work and live with. As a real estate professional, you come into contact with various generations and personality styles on a daily basis. To be truly successful, it is imperative to build a relationship with your customers. Statistics show that people do business with people they LIKE and people they TRUST. And, by understanding your customer’s personality a little better, you can adjust what you do and say to improve communication.
